Notice of Annual General Meeting of Members
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the COMOX VALLEY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE (“CVCC”) will be held Wednesday, April 23, 2025, 5:30pm at 40 Knots Winery, 2400 Anderton Rd, Comox, BC V9M 4E5 for the following purposes:
1. To receive the minutes of the 2024 Annual General Meeting
2. To receive and consider the 2024 financial statements of the Comox Valley Chamber of Commerce
3. To receive the operations report
4. To receive recommended changes to Bylaws
5. To elect and install new directors
6. To transact such further or other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournments thereof.

Voting Information
Every member, in good standing, shall be entitled to one vote at the Annual General Meeting. Proxy voting is not available.
By-laws, no motion or amendment shall be carried at any Annual or special General Meeting unless it received a majority of the votes cast.
