Opportunities:
Defence Construction Canada (DCC), in collaboration with the Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA), invites industry members to participate in a virtual information session on Phase 2 of the Housing Construction Plan. This session will provide you with an overview of the scope of the work to advance new residential housing projects at Canadian Armed Forces bases and wings across Canada, as well as the procurement and delivery approach. Participants will also receive insight into how industry can prepare for and engage in ongoing and upcoming procurement opportunities under the program.
This includes a $96 million investment in Comox and $91 million in Esquimalt. The full list of projects across Canada is also provided.

- Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is inviting contractors and suppliers to apply to be placed on an Open Construction Source List (OCSL) for commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and civil work required by the Department of National Defence, at 19 Wing Comox (and its satellite sites in British Columbia) for three fiscal years (April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029).
Open Construction Source List for CFB Esquimalt
- Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is inviting contractors and suppliers to apply to be placed on an Open Construction Source List (OCSL) for commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and civil work required by the Department of National Defence at CFB Esquimalt, British Columbia for Fiscal Year(s) 2023-2024 (April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024), 2024-2025 (April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025) and 2025-2026 (April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026) (three fiscal years).
There will be set asides for Indigenous businesses.
